BOOKING POLICY:

• All reservations must be confirmed with a 50% down payment.
• Full payment must be settled at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, GCash, and Maya.
• Proof of payment must be sent to: lamansiontagaytay@gmail.com

CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY:

• Free cancellation if made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
• Rebooking is allowed once, and must be requested at least 3 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability.
• Guests may request a rebooking provided the new date is within the same calendar year of the original booking and does not fall on blocked-out dates.
  • Blocked-out dates include: Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Pet-Friendly Policy:
  La Mansion welcomes tamed pets! However, please take note of the following:
  • Pets must not sleep on the beds
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool
  • Pets must not use the towels provided for guests
  • Pets must wear diapers if they are to loiter or stay in common areas within the hotel premises.
  • Pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including proper disposal of waste.

• Senior Citizen Discount:
  • We honor senior discounts in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Discount applies only to the pro-rated amount corresponding to the number of senior guests.
  • Discounts do not apply to bookings made under special promotions or packages already discounted.
